Also if you don’t have use to a bar for Australian pull-ups, you may be at a loss. They can be intense for someone just beginning or someone not use to that type of training. Some routines quickly look like intermediate routines. I do not have his BW only one, but do have one of his courses (wrongfully suggested by his customer service team might I add) and I do t use it at all. I have the app, but I don’t use it tbh.ĪthleneX has variety of programs. ThenX is geared towards calisthenics nearly 100% and good for beginners.
